Best Service Evah! I have very limited time so I can't hang out at a dealership all day. I found the car that I wanted online. I called and was connected with Grady. I explained that I found the car that I wanted, didn't want any hassle, and let's get it worked out over the phone. It took roughly 25 minutes to get the deal done. My wife and I drove out the next day and test drove it. The paperwork was all done. I signed and was out quickly. A great experience!

A great car buying experience Let me preface this by saying I have had a really bad car buying experience before so I was really apprehensive about buying a new car. JB and Grady made the car buying experience wonderful! It was very easy, and they were great. I would definitely recommend Hallmark to anyone looking to purchase a VW!!!!
Excellent service and help with buy back Hallmark had done a beautiful job is servicing my 2013 Jetta Diesel Wagon. When the recall issue came up re all new VW Diesel cars the dealership was supportive and helpful. J Bradley helped me find a new car 3017 Tiguan when the buy back appt took place on April 25th. He guided me through the process with humor, patience and expertise. I am glad I decided to stay with VW and trust this dealership will help me keep it " good as new"
In and Out I've driven Golf TDI's and GTI's for 25 yrs and had trouble finding my next one in the color and wheels combo that Hallmark had. I live 7 hrs away but after talking with salesman, was convinced this would be my next Golf. Salesman came in 2hrs early to accomodate my morning arrival, made me comfortable, was very knowledgeable and we struck a deal.
