Great Experience - Ask For Salesman Tim Steed! My family had a great experience with VW of Cool Springs. Salesman Tim Steed was a pleasure to work with. He was laid back and not pushy at all. He was very informative. Management treated us well. We bought a new 2017 Volkswagon Jetta. We had to replace our 2009 Jeta due to a wreck. We wanted another Jetta due to the fact that our 2009 was so good to us.We got an excellent deal and are very happy with our purchase.

Fastest and easiest experience buying a car I have ever had. I will definitely return. I honestly enjoyed it so much I was sad when it was finished.
2018 VW Atlas 2nd Vehicle we have purchased from Hallmark VW of Cool Springs, team was great to work with both times.
