Greatest New Car Buying Experience I was looking for a good sedan that would last for a while. However, I wanted something sporty and German without paying a fortune and also wanted to be loyal to the Tennessee Auto Industry. Arnaldo Torres let me know about the Passat GT and then send me pictures as soon as they got the first one in the area. I saw it, drove it and bought it. He was the greatest. I highly recommend him and the dealership.

Well done I was on the fence about a GTI for some time. Arnaldo Torres let me test drive a few different models over the course of several weeks, and was patient at all times. Helpful staff and overall great experience I just purchased a new Tiguan from Hallmark VW of Cool Springs and couldn't be happier with my experience with the team at their location, especially Grady and Thomas. Both of them were very helpful with locating the exact model I wanted (color, finishes, etc.) and had all financing ready to go upon my arrival to trade my vehicle in and take my new Tiguan home!
