GLI Purchase My sales rep, Sim, was great! Knows his stuff and low pressure. The finance guy offered a 0 percent loan then retracted, due to not included in model. I feel he should have known what we were looking at before making the statement. I would have given him a 5 star rating other wise. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family. I love the VW I bought and I am a loyal fan of the VW Company.

Fantastic Experience In short, I had a wonderful experience from the moment I walked through the door at Hallmark. As soon as my wife and I walked in we were greeted by Arnaldo, the person who became our sales consultant and primary contact. Best Buying Experience Yet! Went in to look into getting out of a lease and into a new GTI Sport. Arnaldo was quick to offer a test drive and show the benefits of some of the technology including Apple CarPlay. After the drive I was convinced enough to have them appraise my vehicle that I had been leasing, this process took maybe 10-15 minutes, was offered top value for my car and shown the KBB print out as well as a breakdown with discounts and a very competitive and fair price.
