Great customer service Jonathon Bradley did an amazing job getting me into the perfect car for me, not to mention a once in a lifetime vehicle for the price I paid! He even stayed late to show me all the new gadgets in my car!
Great experience with Jonathan Bradley I leased a Jetta last may and Jonathan did a fantastic job in helping make a great deal. I would highly recommend both Jonathan and Hallmark VW.
Service department is great! I wanted to stop by and tell others about the guys in the service department. Bob, Neal and John were all great and helped solve a long time problem with my VW. If you need honest service these are the guys to see. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and that is not easy. I will be back!
Thanks VW of Cool Springs I'm not sure about these other people posting here saying bad things about this dealership and service department. I bought my car here and have always had good service. Bob and Neal in service have gone out of their way a few times to help me out and get things taken care of when it could have went the other way and cost me more than I could afford. The right way to get a car Volkswagen of Cool Springs is a great place to get a new car. Setting aside the fact that they sell some of the best cars on the market (I'm sure you've done your research, check out the Golf line), but they made the car buying experience exciting. Friendly salespeople guide you towards what fits your needs, and keep the purchase far from being an ordeal, but as something to get pumped about. My experice with this company has been great. Im hard to please and a total B*xxx 90% of the time... ive had a couple of miner things go wrong with my car... i bought it used, certified used but the price was good of course we always want it cheeper. I love Hallmark VW! I’ve been getting my 2005 Jetta serviced here for 2 years since I moved from CA and have had excellent experiences every time. That’s more than I can say for all the other dealerships I’ve used in the past. My husband also gets his 2002 Passat serviced there and has also had the same type of experience every time. I've read some non-great reviews, but they must be under new management since I had a great experience there. I took my non-VW truck for some service when I went out of town. I thought I needed a bunch of work done and was prepared for a huge bill. But not only was everyone super nice to deal with, turns out my truck didn't need quite as much work as I thought.
