My experience at Carlock Toyota was fine. I spent more money than I wanted to but that is part of maintaining a vehicle.
Takes a while, even though you schedule an appointment. But I am pleased with service.

Alignment was done in a timely manner. Everyone was friendly and courteous. It was very comfortable in the showroom during my wait.
We were pleased with everything except we did not get a call saying they were finished. There may have been a misunderstanding. It did not inconvenience us though.
