I called around 12 noon to get my Sequoia in for an oil change and a battery since the battery had just died in the car pickup line getting my son from preschool. They didnt have any available appointments for that day but we were leaving town the following day and needed to get it taken care of. Trey in the service department worked something out where he was able to get us taken care of. We were safe to take our trip. Thank you Trey!
Service took about 2 hours. No issues. Staff was nice and friendly. Waiting area was comfortable.
I had to wait a long time. I understood that the problem was because several technicians were out sick with the flu. As always, I thought the cost of the service was. Im not really complaining but I would have liked for it to be better.
