Mr. Billy Whiggs is always helpful. I really appreciate his honesty and detailed information. Everyone was very professional with everything. Just hate the constant offer by everyone that comes around wanting you to trade your car or purchase during service appointments.

On a large repair money wise, the customer should be advised when scheduling that a charge is added for using a credit card - not when the customer checks out!

Cherish came to my car and told me where I could wait. She seemed really nice. The waiting room is nice and there are lots of TVs and they have free drink machines. It did take a while, but it was a Saturday and they were extremely busy, so I understood. Later Cherish told me they were understaffed. She also let me know they needed to do some additional services that they recommend to everyone at 10k miles, she explained it to me and I accepted the charges.
