The service men were very polite, friendly and one even walked me to my car after the service. I was well informed, via messages through my phone, of what the car needed, the time in which it would occur

Great service, fast, customer service was on point
Toyota was able to assist me with an issue that was unscheduled. I was worked in and left the Service Department within an hour and a half.
It was ok. I had to wait a good while and paid a lot for new tires. I didnt know tires had gone up so much but they are like everything else. My extended warranty expired but I think I am going to continue to go to Carlock for my scheduled services.
