Service was excellent. i made an appointment and work was carried out in a timely manner.
Service rep was helpful, patient, and friendly. The car works well now. However, I had to take the car back 2 more times after the initial repair. The first return visit was misdiagnosed for the problem I reported and cost me additional dollars for additional work performed. The second return visit identified the accurate issue associated with the symptoms I had reported. It was mechanics error/oversight at the initial visit. A sensor had been improperly placed at the initial visit and caused the ABS to act up.
