Shaina was great! On the day of my oil change, my complimentary car wash accidentally not done. Shaina apologized and told me I could bring my car back another day to receive the car wash for free. Very kind of her to do that. These are the kinds of things that make me want to buy a 3rd Porsche down the road (from Joe Dearman too, who my wife thinks is the bees knees). Looking forward to the new dealership location in madison/Ridgleand as well!
Great but very pricy for the labor
I could not be happier with my experience at Porsche of Jackson. From my service advisor and my technician, they are absolutely fantastic. Also, I cannot leave out the parts department. They were great in locating all the parts I needed for my car. Thank you Porsche of Jackson!!!

Probably the best ever! Very impressed. Being new to Porsche, I had no expectations other than what I experienced with other car manufacturers. From the time I walked in the door until I left, everyone there was made me feel like my business mattered.
