Very courteous service advisors and employees, but did not have the requested loaner car and I was not informed until I got to the shop. They did provide me with a ride. I requested an oil change, but they also changed out the cabin filter without informing me first (an extra $250).

I took car to dealer and wanted to have the windows adjusted and air bag light turned off. While they did turn off the air bag light two days later it came back on. As far as the window adjustment they want me to replace the regulators and the motors which I am unable to do at this time. I wish they could address the air bag light as it only came on when I dropped the car off to get the check engine light off and before I left the parking lot the air bag light came on and of course I was charged both times for the same probl... read more
