the service manager and service advisors were easy to work with. my service was done quickly.
Service manager is great and service is good but over the last 3-4 years their rates are outrageously high for our market. We do not live in California!
I love Porsche of Jackson. Always A1 service!! I usually drop my car off and they just call me when its ready w a complimentary wash!
Made appointment, dropped my cayenne off, 3 hrs later received a call from service manager telling me what the problem was. Had to order a starter. Slight delay with the delivery of starter. As usual I was very satisfied with their service.
Always fast, accommodating and professional. Nice quiet areas to wait so you can work when needed.
