After traveling an hour to get there, I appreciated not having to wait long before the technician was available to service my car. Pamela is awesome. She is very professional, friendly and always helpful. Enjoy my vehicle and would recommend Jackson to anyone interested in purchasing a Porsche.
I took car to dealer and wanted to have the windows adjusted and air bag light turned off. While they did turn off the air bag light two days later it came back on. As far as the window adjustment they want me to replace the regulators and the motors which I am unable to do at this time. I wish they could address the air bag light as it only came on when I dropped the car off to get the check engine light off and before I left the parking lot the air bag light came on and of course I was charged both times for the same probl... read more

They were able to address the air bag light and I was assured that the check engine light went into it's history and vehicle is road worthy.
I took my vehicle in for the check engine light review and James, the service manager once again provided me the assistance and insight to hat is needed for my 2002 Porsche. He informed me of the things I may need to correct the problem and checked the check engine light and let me know that he would take it back in for further diagnostics. I am to return the vehicle on January 5, 2022 for further tests.
