They were able to address the air bag light and I was assured that the check engine light went into it's history and vehicle is road worthy.
I took my vehicle in for the check engine light review and James, the service manager once again provided me the assistance and insight to hat is needed for my 2002 Porsche. He informed me of the things I may need to correct the problem and checked the check engine light and let me know that he would take it back in for further diagnostics. I am to return the vehicle on January 5, 2022 for further tests. good service in difficult circumstances
I live somewhat in between two dealers and I prefer driving farther to get to this location because of the excellent service - I particularly like working with Pamela in the service department.
The service department at Carlock Porsche of Jackson is undeniably the BEST in all aspects. The beautiful Pamela as my service advisor, accompanied with James are the most knowledgeable of all. I cant say enough about the entire staff team at this location. Every one there recognizes and speaks to me in passing just like friends would. If you dont drive a Porsche, maybe you should consider it just for the friendly service your guaranteed to get.
