It was very costly. They said it would take about two or more hours. They only had it about an hour.

The service was GREAT and the customer service is fantastic. The only problem I had was that I was promised something and had to call Toyota Financial to get it resolved. The staff treats you with the upmost respect but if you are promised something when you purchase your vehicle, PLEASE get it in writing. I was promised leather seats instead of the cloth ones that were in my vehicle and was given the run around for a month. The salespersons did not promise me this but the sales manager did.

Well pleased with the Service. Spent about an hour in the waiting room. The only concern my wife and I had was that none of the Employees were wearing masks. Just thought since We're in the middle of a pandemic they should have shown the same respect to their customers that the customers showed to them. All the customers were wearing masks.
The young man who took care of my vehicle was very courteous and professional. The wait time was minimal.
