Brandon was great.we called him he ordered fuel pump and he called us when it came in and set up appointment.
I took it in on a very busy day for the 10,000 mile service. Did not mind the wait but did mind being put off on a repair by the service tech that took my information. Will have to take it by again for that minor repair that will take probably 5 to 10 minutes top. He wouldnt even give me the courtesy to look at it. Oh well, they get to see me again soon. Dont bother that service tech with a minor problem. Wish I had gotten his name. Not the regular one that has taken care of me.
The service was excellent, the only negative thing was they come and told me it was ready but it really wasn't. While my wife and I were waiting just outside the service lane, one of the young servicemen used the F word in a volume loud enough that I told him to watch it that a lady was present.
The dealer was pretty good at negotiating an agreement that was within what I Dealer negotiated an agreement on payment I wanted to pay. Friendly, courteous and attentive to my needs. It took too long to close the deal. We went to the dealer around 11 and did not drive away from the dealer until 6:30
