I notified the dealership about the recall. It took approximately two weeks for the parts to come in. I was contacted and scheduled an appointment. It took about an hour and a half out the door.

Great service, quick, fast and very friendly
I took my Prius in because it had failed to crank twice. I had to jump it off to crank it and then it went dead two days later. The crew at Carlock checked out everything that could possibly cause this (I was holding my breathe that it wasn't one of the expensive batteries!). They found nothing wrong except I'm not driving it enough! Thinking I was being thrifty by not putting miles on it, I was allowing the batteries to go dead. Thank goodness this service department and dealership were honest.
Excellent service. They did the recall in a timely fashion.
