Excellent service They don't try to over charge you an oil change like CARL HOGAN TOYOTA DOES
The service was fine, the only problem. I had was the wait time , but I didn't have an appointment, so I really can't commit. The service person did leave a dirty glove in my car which was a little disgusting.
I love the service there it took a minute, but my car required a lot.
It was very costly. They said it would take about two or more hours. They only had it about an hour.

The service was GREAT and the customer service is fantastic. The only problem I had was that I was promised something and had to call Toyota Financial to get it resolved. The staff treats you with the upmost respect but if you are promised something when you purchase your vehicle, PLEASE get it in writing. I was promised leather seats instead of the cloth ones that were in my vehicle and was given the run around for a month. The salespersons did not promise me this but the sales manager did.
