Great service, quick, fast and very friendly
I took my Prius in because it had failed to crank twice. I had to jump it off to crank it and then it went dead two days later. The crew at Carlock checked out everything that could possibly cause this (I was holding my breathe that it wasn't one of the expensive batteries!). They found nothing wrong except I'm not driving it enough! Thinking I was being thrifty by not putting miles on it, I was allowing the batteries to go dead. Thank goodness this service department and dealership were honest.
