I was in the market for a replacement vehicle after my 2016 Ford Escape SE was totaled following an accident with a cement mixer I came across a very sharp looking 2017 Ford Escape Titanium at VW Murfreesboro. Stuart… you keep seeing that name in the reviews FOR A REASON. Very friendly, honest and patient. I had to repeat some of my questions because I have some short term memory issues but he was extremely patient and helpful. He was also quite knowledgeable about everything VW which was a relief, being a salesperson myself… I appreciated his ability to answer ALL of my questions and not have to ask anyone else for help. ALSO, shout out to Vincent, who made the finance process super fast and had a great sense of humor!
Stuart is the BEST! I don't know how else to put it. We have bought 3 cars from him and I hope I can buy every car the rest of my life from this man.
