Darius was very helpful in recommending different vehicles to buy. He was very professional and quick to respond. They put all new tires and ordered an AC compressor for a car they knew they already had sold to me, which gave me lots of confidence in my purchase. This place is really a good place to buy a Volkswagen. Best used buying experience I’ve had.
I had a great experience with Belen. She was knowledgeable about all the new features on the car as well as explaining what VW was trying to provide to its driver with the new bells and whistles. Even with gti being extremely hard to get she kept me in the loop of when these cars would come in. Very hard to find a sales person looking out for the car YOU want and not the car they want to sell. Thank You Belen for a lovely experience!!
Didn’t think I would be getting anything this past Saturday but I had a great experience with Darius Ross and didn’t feel rushed (even though it was late) or tricked into buying something I did not want. Darius was very patient and even when he thought I maybe a little hesitant he double checked that I was good during the process and did not make it seem like he was just trying to make a sale. Customer service was great walking in the door and everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful!!

Belen & Stuart were fantastic! Belen, from the start, was very communicative and sent videos of the vehicle I was interested in. I was able to ensure the car I loved was actually there - and the video helped me see all the great details. They were patient as my husband and I crunched numbers and chatted. I highly recommend making the drive to the Boro if you’re in the market for a VW. (Vincent in finance was also stellar and efficient.)
