RecommendedEverything and everyone was exceptional! Our salesman Stuart Floyd was especially concerned that we get the car that would make us happy. (Of course, that’s what we wanted as well.). Stuart was easy to work with and made no attempt to rush us into a decision. After we finally did make a choice he spent as much time as was needed to coach us on all the awesome features of our new car. Thanks to Stuart, Mr Lem who handled all our financial paperwork, & (Mr.?) Thomas who offered us a better deal than we dreamed we would get.
Jarrett was the best customer service person I've ever encountered. His service alone is why I will be making a trip to all the way to Murfreesboro VW instead of somewhere closer to where I live. Also, they have great deals and always show you the issues with your car.
I bought a new atlas in April of 2020 from the dealership. It was a good experience better than my other car buying experiences previously. I would recommend them!

Stuart's had excellent customer service. When I was not sold on the car we initially looked at he was patient and rather then pushing me to buy something I may not want he took his time and explored other options.
