All went well- BUT, at no fault of your employees, please consider taking credit cards and NOT charging the 3% charge- a dealership like Nissan should be embarrassed to tell their customers they are so broke they are passing on that charge- anyone spending money as we have will probably consider that when trading! And, we HAD to purchase 4 tires because of the crummy tires that were on our NEW SUV- we had 28,000 miles on it- not good PR for Nisson.
