There was a gap between the front bumper and side panel on the driver's side upon purchasing the vehicle. The dealership made an attempt to fix it but not completely. However, they recognized my dissatisfaction and arranged a date to return the vehicle so they could make the necessary repairs.

Carlock Nissan of Jackson has great customer service! When I took my SUV for service, they were very polite, and Susan (in particular) is always nice every time and makes sure my vehicle is done right! I appreciate the service technicians that goes over and beyond in doing my oil changes, transmission service, and tire rotations right every time! Great Job Carlock Nissan staff!
