Wonderful. Vance was very attentive to our needs. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. I had a terrible experience with my financing and felt that I had been treated unfairly, not by Vance but the finance department. I would recommend Vance to all of my friends and family.

I want to personally thank, Carlock's service manager, Theresa. She is a woman that looks at detail. She kept me informed on my car's progress and even sent it back to the body shop because she was not satisfied with the outcome. Carlock needs more employees as professional and dedicated as Theresa.
