Just had warranty work performed
They replaced my radio and while they had it a recall. came in and they fixed that also/
They took a good care of me.

Service was good. Got appointment quickly. Parts too expensive.
It was really not up to the normal level! They have a new service manager and I am convinced he will straighten it out! He was very helpful and apologetic. The service man left my rear mud guard off and I had to come back the next day! Plus I had an extremely long wait!
I bought my truck in Nashville and something was wrong with the transmission.. after the run around of several people and a couple of service centers, Carlock got my transmission replaced. My truck runs great bow. Thank you Carlock, especially Matt and Tammy.
