Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and very professional. I thought I might need a four wheel alignment; they checked it out and said I didnt, saving me $69. They could have told me they aligned it and charged me but they didnt. This was my second visit to Carlock and both visits were exceptional. Highly recommend their service department.

I was greeted by TJ Duckworth and treated with respect every minute I was there. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgable about the cars on the lot and the prices. I was able to buy and take my car home that night. I appreciate and would do business with them again.
