Mr Charlie, the service manager at Carlock Nissan is awesome. He greets you with a smile and is always so helpful. You never get back to pick up your car to be presented a bunch of unexpected charges. He is the main reason I keep using the Nissan place in Tupelo. If every service department had a Mr Charlie the world would be a better place. He deserves a big ole raise.
