My Services for Oil Change was Friday November 15. Now the man who cash me out was very Nice. November 6 maybe the date I brought my vehicle back because of the temperature the manager from the Services department was very professional. only speaking on the Services department. Check the date on this.

The service manager seemed confused as to my appointment and that took a few minutes to straighten out. Then they texted me about an item that needed immediate attention. I WAS SITTING IN THE WAITING ROOM and I told the service manager I would wait on the vehicle. I approved the item. When they told me my SUV was ready, the immediate attention had not been included. SM said he did not get the approval. I WAS SITTING IN THE WAITING ROOM! Why couldn't he come talk to me?
