Service Manager John Borden, when it was still Serra Honda, was our hero when our transmission went out while driving through Alabama on vacation to Florida. We felt so helpless being from out of town, but John helped us consider all the options, he got us a rental car, and got our mini van fixed by the time we were heading home. He treated us like family and actually cared. Thanks John!
