Service dept was very friendly. Appointment time was accurate and service was performed quickly.
I went for the first time today since it switched over to freeway. Had an appointment at 9:45. Was helped by Ryan - for 30k service. Was out the door at 11:15. Fastest service ever. Will definitely go back there. Usually go to Tameron but they were booked until Thursday and I needed to go today...
I am so very happy with the exceptional customer service experience I had at Freeway Honda, especially my experience with sales consultant, Mr. Nate Barnes. Nate was understanding to my situation; he reassured me that everything would be okay, and he would get me in a reliable, nice car. Nate got me approved! His professionalism and expertise was wonderful. I would strongly recommend, Nate Barnes for a great car buying experience!

Good prices, great service , will wash vehicle. If ask. Called extened warrenty people , got problem. Mostly covered.
I bought my car from here when it was Serra Honda and the customer service was great, they really went above and beyond to make sure that I received the best deal on my vehicle. I have always gotten it serviced here and was nervous when the new company took over; HOWEVER, Freeway Honda has exceeded my expectations and the staff are great. I recommend the service department to any and everybody. They run great specials and I haven't seen anyone with better service prices.
