This was a "walk in" service....my check engine light was on and they took me in right away, diagnosed the problem, and washed my car before returning it. Simply outstanding!

Made an appointment online and they were ready for me. Waited while service was being performed and employees kept checking on me to see if there was anything I needed - water, soda, etc.
No car wash and service incomplete I have to return for another service very soon
Service was normal as expected. No loaners available for use that caused the need to rent a vehicle.
