Making an appointment online was simple and they took my car that very afternoon. I waited while service was performed (in a very nice waiting area) and I was in and out in about an hour. Free wi-fi made my wait productive.
Took care of me care very quickly. And when service was finished they brought the car to my office! Wow!
Service staff was super nice and helpful. Facilities were sparkling clean. Their diagnostic was very accurate. Recommend for any BMW owners to visit this dealership for any service they need.
Service took longer than expected. The brake light came on the day after I got the car back. Have to follow-up with the dealership on this.
