If there was 10 VW dealerships in Mobile I would still ONLY do business with this location. The parts guy(I can't recall his name) was friendly and just awesome when I came into get a key ordered. When I came in to get it programmed there was a little communication confusion that took placed when I ordered the key so both parts wasn't ordered. Quick and friendly service
I’ve had SUCH a great experience with Volkswagen Mobile. It started with a great experience with Doug. He sold me a car in the range I wanted. He was very knowledgeable and treated me well. Doug even got me in a loaner until the following day when my car would be ready to go. Then today, Shawn got me in and out quick when he programmed my second key. I’d highly recommend Volkswagen of Mobile. Ask for Doug if you’re looking for a new ride.. Thank you Doug and Shawn in the service department for great experiences.
