Excellent service like I always experience from the Service Department at Carlock Nissan of Jackson, TN. Service is the most important aspect of a new car purchase. Many car retailers fail on the service aspect of a new car purchase. Ronnie Hopkins is tops in my book and has the personal qualities that you look for in a Service Manager.
