My experience was awesome! Jonathan was so kind and professional. He explained everything in a way that I could understand it and didnt try to sell me any unnecessary repairs. It was very refreshing to get someone who doesnt make you feel stupid and is patient with you when servicing your car. He kept me updated regularly which hasnt always been my experience there. If you need your car repaired or serviced, I highly recommend going and seeing Jonathan at Carlock service.
