I thought I was as getting a full inspection but I only got an oil change. I guess I should have asked for one instead of oil change so I got no information about my car like I dod before.

The dealership has taken something -- simple oil change/tire rotation -- and made it more complicated, time-consuming, and inconvenient for the customer. I have to assume they changed the procedure because the new version was more convenient for them. This is the first non-five star review I've given them in 9 years.
