The maintenance department got on our vehicle as soon as possible even though they were covered up the day after Christmas. The man who took our maintenance ticket was extremely nice and helpful. Gave us tips about our car and did not charge us for the oil change because we thought it was covered!
Service department handled things very efficiently and in timely manner. I have great confidence that Carlock Nissan service department will handle my service needs to my satisfaction
