Would have been excellent if the service writer would have ordered a shock to replace my leaking one and had it on hand to install when I took the truck to my scheduled appointment a week later to be repaired... instead of just looking to confirm it was leaking and then having to make another trip to get it installed... and then only installing one shock (per warranty) instead of replacing both rear shocks as is recommended whenever shocks are replaced.

Got oil and filter changed quickly and rotated tires also. In and out in about 45 minutes.
