I recently had them fix my Sunroof/moonroof..I had no issues getting them to do it..I had extended warranty and they called got that taken care of and parts came in quick and it was fixed in the said timeframe!

A friend and I were heading down I59 S to Bessemer when the car began to run hot. Thankfully we exited and were able to get to Freeway Honda. The staff was so kind and allowed us to sit inside where it was cool and offered us water. We were so thankful to be able to get somewhere safe!! Thank you!!!
My car broke down driving through birmingham today. I was able to pull in to the dealership. The guy who helped us was incredibly nice. He took us inside where it was cool and got us water, while we waited for the wrecker. I wish I had gotten his name. Thank you so much!
