The best service at any place hands down.
Always the best. Nobody else could even come close
went in for oil change, had to wait about 30 or 40 min but environment was comfortable ( waiting room ) also was offered snacks and beverage the staff at BMW of Tuscaloosa are very friendly and professional.

Staff is great, wish they would invest in more loaners. Had a major repair that required my car in the shop for four days. First available loaner was more than two weeks out. Very friendly staff.
