DO NOT GO HERE!!! THE STAFF IS VERY RUDE, NON-RESPONSIVE, COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT. I had to take my car 3 times in the same week to get an issue fixed but after $600 odd dollars, it's still not fixed. The issue started after they had serviced my car in September. First thing the technician says without checking anything (Car vin number or the problem) is it's not under warranty only to find out that it is still under warranty. I would not suggest relying on their shuttle service (Lyft) in the morning hours if you need to get anywhere on time. I ended up canceling the service on my car and taking my car because I waited a half hour for the shuttle and kept getting cancelled on. I had no way to work. Pointless shuttle service to offer if you can't actually help people when they leave their primary mode of transportation with you.
I recently visited Volvo Car Vool springs service for a routine maintenance on my car. I went in with a perfectly functioning vehicle, but when I got my car back, the engine was damaged and engine light started appeared The shop refused to acknowledge their mistake, leaving me with a broken car. I eventually had to sell the car at a loss of $3,000. I am extremely disappointed with their service and would not recommend this place to anyone.
Update after one month: I've upgraded my rating for Volvo to 5 stars due to their outstanding service. The customer service during drop-off and car pick-up was top-notch. Volvo provides the first two inspections for free and recommended a tire rotation, which I had done. Moreover, their complimentary Uber pick-up and drop-off service was incredibly convenient. I stopped by this service center in October when a dashboard alert came on. I didn't have an appointment, but when I explained that I was leaving town the next day, the service technicians told me that they would take a look at it. Forty five minutes later they had taken care of the problem at minimal cost. Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. If I need a repair in the future, I'll take my Volvo back to this location.
