The Technician at Porsche Jackson was superior in his knowledge and understanding of the issues. However, the inclement weather paired with the lack of access to parts made a 6 Hr job run over almost 7 work days. Also, during the original diagnosis of malfunctioning fuel pumps other potential parts which could have easily been ordered at the time when the replacement parts were order were not ordered which created further delay. Also, there were no Loaner vehicles available.
