I feel more comfortable with the customer service and repair for my classic exotic thanks to James Griffins who continually looks out for me. I'm satisfied most of the time.
They are so attentive and helpful. Best of all they do what they say they will do.
The service manager is excellent.
Left door speaker rattle was not addressed and THEREFORE still rattles. Two left door handles have cracks in them, outside. Reported when buying the vehicle, and, last visit last month. Suggest, get door handles, get them painted and put them on before warranty runs out. Replace left front door speaker. Thank you all.

Well, I had another issue that turned out to be the parking brake mechanism that was more than likely caused by a tire shop in the city. Jams Griffins worked with me once again and I can say that my boxter is running as best it has since I purchased it. There were a couple of additional concerns that were addressed at Porsche of Jackson that had to do with the brakes and it was very well handled by Porsche. Very professional and courteous. Service was timely and facility was very comfortable.
Everything went well I am overwhelmed by the cost of Porsche repairs. However, James Griffins is a very good person to teach the ends and outs of Porsche ownership.
Excellent service!! Great People! Pamela was so nice and informative. She called or texted to keep me plugged in to all aspects of the service visit. My 911 was returned, problem fixed the first time, and spotless. First class dealership!
