The dealership was friendly and busy! The problem was fixed and minor. But the wait was long, but it was a problem we encountered while on a trip, so they were not our home dealership. I do recommend them though.
I only get my my vehicle serviced at Toyota. They are very friendly and customer friendly.

The last two visits have just been ok. The last visit I went in for an alignment and tire rotation. the service tech said 1-1 1/2 hours. I waited three hours with no updates on my car. The time before that I went in for my 5000 miles service. I expected the checkpoint service and tire rotation since I had the oil changed the time before. I went to check out and they had done a full service again. This is all in their system as to what its time for. HE did only charge me half the price.
