I had an appointment for 4 pm I just needed an oil change I left 4:50 pm it took about a hour

Arrived early for my appt & the car was taken back right then. I was there for an oil change & tire rotation. In a very short time they had finished the job & I was ready to go. Every person I came in contact with could not have been nicer. Carlock is a great place to buy, & to have your vehicle serviced.
